My Phillip's LCD TV get a string from top to bottom around focus of the eyeshade after 5min is it stuffed?

The fact that it happen after 5 Min's is a good sign,this can indicate a panel driver problem,a chip getting hot etc.
Unfortunately at hand is nothing you can do in the order of it yourself other than ensure all vent are clean & dust free on the TV & it have good nouns flow around it ( not in a cabinet etc ).
Other than that purloin it to your local repair centre & get hold of a quote.

I SUSPECT it is "stuffed"
But you should own a TV Tech look at it and diagnose it.
It could be a bad panel or JUST a driver board.
I suspect the driver board.....it would be somewhat costly to repair it, but LESS than a NEW TV SET...
A PANEL is mode too costly to repair it. But I don't think it is that...
