I have a Sony 52XBR3 LCD TV. Any time near is a bright flash or fast motion human being imaged, the screen displays smalls squares as if the display can't manipulate the sudden, extreme movement of the image. Is within anything that can be done to eliminate this?
Answers: What you see are "macroblocks", an artifact of poor coding/transmission from the source (you cable provider).
LCD Tv's do not handlefast moving similes well. That is why electrical retailers recommend Plasma if you scrutinize sports and movies.
You can get LCD TV's that are 100hz these touch fast moving similes a little better.
You can do nought to your excisting tv to rectify the problem.
