Which one should I seize, a Samsung 19" LCD TV, or a Phillips 19" LCD TV?



Answers:    Samsung. I had a Phillips and exchanged if for a Samsung.
You capture what you pay for. I also have a Septre and exchanged it for a Sharp Aquos. After you have compared adjectives the specs if the TV's look equal, buy the one with the best contrast, it will contribute you a better picture. May cost a bit more but you'll know you got the best available at that time.
Samsung is tops, Even if it cost a few bucks more.
