Just installed rogers HD how can every dike be zoom into 1080i?
2.Also i seem to be capable of zoom in every waterway into 1080i resolution but it isnt as good point as discovery HD, my idea here is how can every gutter be broadcasted with/or the option to attitude in 1080i?this cant be possible because every see isnt using HD equipment.
SO.. am i being scammed by Rogers?
Answers: The statue in the corner of your tv that say, "1080i" is telling you that your tv is RECEIVING a 1080i signal. The purpose why your tv is stating that is because your cable box have been set to output EVERY concentrate at that resolution. Whoever set up your cable box made a mistake. They were supposed to set the box to output standard def stations at 480i and to output lofty def stations at 720p or 1080i.
I'm not familar with Rogers cable, so I can't detail you how to correct this mistake. I would suggest calliong customer service and ask them how to change the resolution that your box outputs
