I want to no some stores that supply 15-19 inch LCD's or someone i.e. selling one.?

Answers:    Sorry, you are out of luck in an LCD, even within a 15"! And at $250 you are looking at junk that I wouldn't consider buying, or cheap crap to be exact being distributed as "refurbished." If your budget is that low, basically get the cheapest item you can in a CRT at WalMart or Target until you can recover up enough to seize something worthwhile, that will last. For one display of performance and reliability, look at the 11/07 Consumer Reports magazine HDTV article.
. There are over a dozen 'refurbished' sets on ebay. Probably some on Amazon.com also.
