Plasma TV showing one sticky blue vertacle string on mid right side of tv. (vizio)?

It has a blue string that is around 1.5 inches thick on the tv blind. It goes rotten and on but is on for 90% of the time, It just not long was fixed by its friend a red line but he be gone soon.

Answers:    bad word I think this is a adjectives problem for flat screen display (LCD/Plasma). You want to change the panel for this.
It MIGHT be a unpromising connection on a ribbon cable, but if it DOES come and travel, most likely it is one of the DRIVE boards at the bottom of the TV set....OR at the top if the size of the TV is larger than 40 to 45 inches.....

I assume the DRIVE boards run about $250 to $350 depending....

And a TV tech should bring back paid to install it.....it's NOT comfortable to install , at least NOT for Mr Fumbly-fingers.....
