Answers:    Overall the technology's quality is the SAME....

The FEATURES appear to be the same too....

The singular difference I see is one is SXRD and the other is LCD....Different types of display panels to go and get your picture...

The SXRD display panel will not have the grid pattern like the LCD does....It's technology is REFLECTIVE instead of translucent.....Thus the picture get more light from the desk light source....AND it doesn't pass thru a LCD grid....

I muse that's why people approaching it more....
