Can someone please relief?Full HD tv ,1920x1080 = signal 1080p,is that correct?

Sorry, nobody has given a straight answer. Please ,does it suggest that a FULL HD TV boasting 1920 x 1080 resolution will accept a 1080p signal from say-so a Blu Ray(SONY BDP-S1) without any sensitive of conversion?tks

Answers:    IF you see a 1080P sticker on the front of the TV set YOU WILL be able to use a Blu-Ray on it surrounded by it's NATIVE 1080P MODE......

That is guaranteed.....

NOW...from what I have HEARD.....
Some newer CHEAP TVs boast the 1080P sticker, but one and only have a 720 or 768 display surrounded by them.....

Remember CHEAP .....and remember the 1080P sticker Seems to only guarantee a 1080P processing.....

Last year, that 1080P sticker guaranteed 1080P processing AND a 1920 x 1080 Display be being purchased.

NOW...those cheap TV companies are making it harder for us adjectives....

So, in your grip, getting a 1080P TV set will guarantee you 1080P signal will be delivered and properly processed AS a 1080P signal.....

But those tiny cheap TVs....they can't deliver on the 1920 x 1080 HD displays.....
? someones gotta take in that to give a straight answer
