Just get a samsung HD tv for christmas, why is it fuzzy?

Hey

Merry christmas too you all.

Got a samsung hd tv, 19 inch. Works a wonder on my ps3 games.

But when it comes to regular tv, such as bbc 1, 2, itv 3 etc. It seems to own a poor reception, and it is fuzzy a bit.
How can i fix this?

Answers:    you MUST use a digital cable box (digital DVR) so you get the best signal. also you must ask your cable company for the HD channel.
