im asking because im bying a big screen tv from a friend.. its not flat panel or zilch.. just one of those big ones that have the little system with speakers on the inside bottom... but he said he doesnt know if its HD.. i be wondering its a big screen so im thinking it must be HD.. he's selling it for onli 200 because he wishes to get rid of it, cuz he's moving... do u give attention to its HD?

my big 37" is not HD. it have component inputs but cant display over 720i resolution.
All big screen TV's (at tiniest the ones sold a few years back) were not HD. Try to acquire the model number of the TV and do a quick hunt on the internet for the specifications.
