Is it possible to attach a laptop to a tv so you can veiw it on the tv?

I have a laptop and looked-for a flat screen tv for my bedroom i also required a lcd computer but if i could do this i would say money

Answers:    Yes, you can connect a laptop to a TV. It depends on the video inputs on your TV. Some flat eyeshade TVs have VGA inputs. If you hold that, you can connect the laptop directly to the TV like you would beside a normal computer monitor. If your flat eyeshade doesn't have a VGA input, consequently you can use a video connection. Most laptops own s-video or composite ports. All TVs have these type of ports currently.

If you have not bought a TV but, then bring in sure you find a TV with a VGA input. My plasma TV have it, so I can connect any computer directly to it. It's much sharper and clearer than composite or s-video connections.
thanx for asking this question this is one of those question i forgot to ask at the store when buying a lap top and small screen!
