I want to get a 32" 720p HDTV. What is better plasma or LCD? I don't know what brand to procure or which t.v. is the best. I DON'T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY. I'm probably going to use it for my PS3 but I can't afford a 1080p right now.
