Should a plasma/flat peak TV be placed close to a fireplace at like peas in a pod rank?
Answers: Plasma TV's generally run hot, I would suggest that if you have a better choice of placement use it. Ive have to repair more then a few plasmas that where on earth placed to close to a fireplace. The newer models do have a better cooling system but its still better to be out of danger then sorry next to such an expensive purchase.
the ? said should but wouldn't could be better fit. any ways that doesn't matter but yess it immaculately fine to have a plasma or flat scrn tele. at like peas in a pod level b/c for the endorse 10 yrs Ive had my flat blind in right subsequent to my fire place insert and it has not showed and sign of going out or getting to over heated and most that have to do with the reality the TV has a very well built exhaust fan that keep it cold.
