RCA Television won't turn on?

My RCA Entertainment Series Gemstar TV, model number F32650, is acting stupid. When I try to turn it on, the light blinks close to the picture is going to appear, but then the TV shuts itself sour.

Does anyone know what the problem could be, or how I might be able to fix it?

Answers:    Looks resembling this is caused by cathode-ray tube dud. Looks like you inevitability a replacement of the tube. But you can't open the TV yourself to try to fix it yourself......you will risk shock (I am chitchat about electric shock) if you do.

Better appropriate it to a repair shop.

A cathode-ray tube is common on elder televisions. It is a type of "electron gun" that excites molecules of electricity that get you the TV picture.

The older TV brands like Zenith, Magnavox, Sony, and even Montgomery Ward own the cathode-ray tubes.

But I know that the flat-screen TVs are popular these days. Some of the unsullied baby-boomers are now using high-definition TVs very soon instead of the older, bulky television.

If that Gemstar TV is a flat-screen model, I can't help you because it doesn't hold the cathode-ray tube, or the tube had be designed differently.
Do you have a elder TV? If so... time to get a different one.
