Hello! I just moved into a topical apartment a few weeks ago and I hooked up my TV to watch the local report and ended up have cable TV including HBO, Cinemax, etc. Cable TV is not included in my rent. I asked a few friends (a police man and a lawyer) their opinion on it and they both agreed that I couldn't get contained by trouble for the cable company's mistake and that since there is no contract I hold no liability. They both told me to play dumb when asked nearly it. I'm very worried nearly this. It has be on for over 2 weeks now and it's still on. Should I report it? Has anyone else experienced this? How long did the cable remain on? Did you go and get caught? Thanks in mortgage for any suggestions.
Answers: hi-nope you wont get surrounded by trouble it is the companies job to turn it off-but that still doesnt get what you are doing right-but you know that-----just my thoughts-smile and enjoy the hours of darkness
Yeah, I have, when I moved within to a new apartment years ago I plugged within the cable for antenna and whoa la, it was free cable t.v., so I view it for about two years, until sooner or later it just go out, so I went to see a aberrant manager I have and he said his went out too, but he call the cable company and they repaired it but then he started asking me adjectives kinds of question, and in a few day's my wife said she saw a cable guy putting a lock on the box outside our apartment, and after that we didn't hold it anymore, until I finally ordered it with reimbursement, like 40.00 a month, point is he reported me and they come and disconnected it and locked the box.
