What is the defination of wide band pertaining to ,pc,s radio and tv?

Answer:
Wide band simply means bandwidth. Low fidelity, like AM radio requires very little bandwidth. FM and TV require more bandwidth, because there's more stuff being transmitted to give you more fidelity and features. Kinda like the difference between dialup verses DSL or cable modems. More stuff (information) requires wider (more) bandwidth. That's about it.
hey Gilbert I just about giveup... this **Peachy** persona is bustin my chops left ,right, every which way but loose... I would have to go without sleep for a couple of days at least to keep up with this fanatic... by the way Gilbert... cool name~~~
I am sure that there is a better way of explaining " bandwidth " than Peachy`s answer but I can`t for the life of me think of anything better myself !
Good one Craig !
