Analog radio uses incredibly little bandwidth so I doubt the FCC will bother to make a mandatory switch any time soon.
My good judgment is that analog TV broadcasts will end surrounded by February of 2009. Supposedly there will be adapters sold to covert the digital signals for your analog TV. However, I enjoy not seen any source which can enlighten you what the cost of the converters will be.
