Will my U.S. bought small screen work surrounded by France?

I have a Phillips/Magnavox box that supports ATSC & NTSC signals and multi system video playback. The connectors on the back support AV, HDMI, and coaxial cable.

Answers:    You don't need to enjoy Secam capability (French broadcasts are not within PAL) unless you want to use it to receive analogue over the air, at tiniest until they are switched off contained by a couple of years.
Most of France now uses digital TV, but the system in attendance is not compatible with ATSC. You own to get an adapter (called TNT), which plugs into the AV connectors.
There is also an issue in the order of the scan frequency, but the tv should be able to net up for that.
There is also the question of 220 volts and the plug type. Your tv should be capable of take 220v, any directly or by changing a setting on the backbone.
It will not tune PAL, if that's what you're asking.
