Is there another way of having Sky in my room, from downstairs, without using an ariel?

Also, I don't want multiroom, as I'm the only one that uses the Sky anyway, so I can just change the channel downstairs. But I have a HDTV and the ariel input is very bad quality, are there any other alternatives? It's just a normal Sky settop box, not Sky HD. Obvioulsy it won't be in HD, but will using a different cable from Sky to my TV make the quality slightly better?

Answer:
yes all very clear.

if you don't want an aerial then it as to be a wireless sender, check out Ebay
You can get those wireless senders/receivers. You put one in front of your digibox downstairs, and the other in front of the tv upstairs and if you get a 2nd remote you can also change channels without going back down.
ye throw ur t.v in the sky and watch it
Buy a videosender from Argos. You can get one which will also relay the remote control so that you can change channels from where you are without going to the Sky box.
