HD TV problem, two tvs same cable company, different channel, call for some help out?

I have two brand unknown HD TVs and both connected to Comcast cable, the issue is that one tv picks up all four networks and even Home and Garden on HD, respectively one on for example if NBC is channel 4 afterwards the HD is 4-1, however the other TV only get 3 digital channels that seem to be to be random, as NBC (channel 4) comes within on 45-2 and there is no Fox HD, anyone own a clue what is going on here and why, thanks for the facilitate

Answers:    Each TV has a different tuner contained by it which for some odd pretext might be picking up the signal differently. To use the full potential of your TV and to get ALL the HD channel available (which is around 20 for Comcast), you should be using cable boxes or at the very smallest cable cards which most TVs stopped accepting and will come around again. You are only viewing in the region of 1/4 of the available channels connecting the TV directly to the wall.
