My new LCD TV (IDLCD26TV07HD is the exact one if that helps) have this problem where the vanished hand side of the peak is a dark red when the blind is on but blank, and this affects shadows and certain brown objects when playing DVD's and games. I've tried to alter it by changing brightness and contrast etc which help but it is still there, and the problem go completely when it's been on a while(over an hour) but other comes back when I turn it on again.

Answers: create sure your other electronics are far enough away from the tv, the magnets could be altering the picture trait. Move them to the other side of the tv and see if you still have that problem
Return it and procure another one.
