T.V ? programming or something i dont know lately see?

i bought this tv from a hotel but it was program for hotel with the sole purpose when i plug it in my living room beside cable and it wont get any channel


Answers:    Find the menu or setup button on the TV and select the CABLE channel mode and AUTO TUNE or PROGRAM the channel.

Many TV sets default to VHF/UHF or sometimes call AIR tuning when what you need for cable is CABLE tuning.

Channels 2 through 13 (in the US) are indistinguishable for AIR and CABLE.

Channels 14 through 125 on cable are located between channels 13 and UHF bridge 14 or have different numbers contained by the range of the UHF channel numbered 14 to 69.
Check to see what "mode" it is in. Most hotels use modulators to transmit tv channel. Make sure your tv is set to cable channels. I'm assuming that you do not own a cable box.
