What is your favorite show on TV?

Man.all these shows LISTED are really GOOD!
But there's Two shows I really like.MY FAVORITE is Smallville on CW (formerly known as WB).
And yes, CSI is cool but LAW AND ORDER just rules!
Out of all the ones, I LIKE Criminal Intent with Vincent Denofroglio (??).HIS CHARACTER was superb! And with HD TV.it is just good !
NOW, why do I like SMALLVILLE? First, the writers have KNIT all the stories of Superman together like the finest piece of tapestry I have ever seen..that's not a "thrown together" story...NOPE it was well thought out right from the beginning, and that is what I like to see, excellent workmanship!
Characters are great, storyline is great, HOW some of the other superheroes came into being is awesome..it's not the superheroes of your MOM and DAD's era, it's done quite well !
I was surprised how well 6 years ago!

The Shield. There is absolutely nothing that comes close to the quality of writing, acting and direction of this magnum opus. It never fails, and is always exciting.
Put it this way, Forrest Whitaker wins Best Actor for the Oscars, and he is good on The Shield, but not even at the level of Michael Chicklis as Vic Mackey. It's that incredible.
Lost Season Three is awful.
The Office is a great show as well.
