I want to fit a 40" flat blind TV between 2 radiators .Wot is the min clearance between rad edge/TV rim?

I have a sound window made up from three flat 1/2 walls. Each of the wrap up walls has a radiator on and on the clear middle wall I want to place a Flat screen TV.

The notch in the middle between the 2 radiators is 50" is this ample heat clearance for the 40" TV

Have have 42" plasma on wall for 4 years. Just checked the heat output on our TV and our lounge radiators (which are working intricate on this cold night!). Radiator bake is not excessive at 4" distance!

I think you would be OK but as a precaution you could variety some L shaped aluminium deflectors and screw on to the wall close up to the sides of the 2 radiators to keep the warmth going up.
Heat RISES, no electronics should be near a radiator at adjectives. Especially an HDTV made out of mostly PLASTIC and LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY (LCD).
