What's the best 32inch LCD flat screen TV for under £600?
Answer:
as long as it's a " good " name and one that you know, ie panasonic, sony, samsung, toshib etc
the Panasonic 60 model is on offer at the moment £599.99 and got a great review, has 1200:1 contrast ratio, great brightness, 2 hdmi.
Don't be fooled into buying a tv for less then £450 thinking that its a bargain, the quailty and longivailty will out weigh the extra £150 you spend.
These are shop prices, and you can get them cheaper on line, but please check out the supplier ( pricerunner lets you do this, also try www.grumbletext.co.uk
Hope this helps wg

I just bought one and it's great...what a bargain
The problem with answering a question like this is that the moment you give one, it will be obsolete in a few hours because some one has produced a better one when you get to the shop. But tests have shown that LG, Sony, Panasonic produce consistently good LCD TV screens under that price. You really need to check them out and compare them for yourself.
The new Toshiba is getting good press.

It costs £649.00 i know its £50 above what your asking, but the LG Tellies are really good. I recently purchased this one myself and it's great definatly the best purchase I've made in electronics. The XD engine cleans up the image so nicely. I walked into currysdigital and say the same T.V against all the others it looked the best.
Hope this helps.
