Can i connect xBox360 Component HD AV Cable to my regular flat monitor (15 pol connector ending) near a ?

Can i hook up the original xBox360 Component HD AV Cable to my regular flat monitor next to 15 pol connector using a TV BOX?

xBox360 Component HD AV Cable has three ending. Red, White and Yellow. Red and white go to speakers but for video, the Yellow one should be connected to my monitor logically. My monitor connector uses a 15 pol (pins) connector ( like most monitors ) . My cross-question is , if i buy this ( TV BOX ) :

will i be able to do the coonection ? so the pallid one from xBox360 Component HD AV Cable goes to Video surrounded by of the Tv box ( photo above ) , and the monitor 15 pol ending go to VGA out of the TV box.
