Yes there are lots of cheap prices, they are for cheap TVs beside contrast ratios of smaller amount than 5000:1 and no HDMI

SAMSUNG LE37R87BDX 37 INCH LCD TV for lb462.95
this is 720p, have freeview and a good contrast ratio of 8000:1.
