Since you seem to have the internet still, you should try surfing the web for funny homemade videos.
Call the company and ask why it is not working. If they say it is for not paying your bill then you better pay it and do whatever they say you need to do to get it back.
If you had a power outage, your TV may have lost the channel settings. Go to setup and do a channel scan (in cable mode).
