when the tv set turn-on suddenly, the bad picture appear as the figure flipover vertically. the sound is upright and the rest of command menu.how i do i diagnose the posible faulty to immobilize the problem of this samsung CT-211S model. thx a lot and looking forward to anyone desires to help.
