we bought a Bush 32" LCD tv today but the quality of the picture is almost useless. if you've looked at the showroom for LCD's contained by different stores you will have notice the difference between LCDs with a drastically clear, crisp picture and ones that look slightly 'fuzzy', like the focus on an be reluctant is slightly out, or like you're sit to close to the screen. all right we have the fuzzy pictured one, and constantly hold had to play around next to the brightness and colour each time we see something different. do we have the right to lug it back? we still hold all the covering and stuff but we have fixed the stand to the TV. it wasn't excluded from money stern guarantee, just say to be returned in unused saleable condition. but it be well below our expectations, do we own the right to take it fund?
Answers: it will depend on the return policy of the store. You could also try to contact the manufacturer of the TV if you do not get hold of satisfaction from the store. Also, if you saw this surrounded by the store and it is and HDTV they more than likely have it displaying HD content. If you don't subscribe to HD cable or satellite the picture won't look that great. I have never hear of Bush so they may be an inferior brand.
