My 32 inch flat panel TV (brand: Olevia) purely died on me. What should I receive to replace it?

I use it for video gaming and DVD watching. I may or may not eventually get a HD-DVD player. Video spectator sport system is a Wii. I do not get cable or monitor television. Budget is around 500 bucks but I could dance up to around 7 or 8 hundred for a large satisfactory plasma or LCD that might be worth it.

Answers:    Get a sony bravia or sharp aquos lcd. Sony is a bit more expensive but worth it for quality of picture and nouns but with sharp you may take more inches for your money. And btw blu-ray has the movie open market covered so wouldn't reccomend hd-dvd player!
SONY KDL-32XBR3 is the best 32 inch TV and from Sony.
