if you watch really close...in the part where Kate is video chatting with John over a web cam in the Hotel, in the un-rated version she pulls her robe to down below her shoulders.pretty much just showing just her bra completely. In the rated it doesnt show the "full frontal view".
Yeah it's pretty dumb.
