I stay in a apartment that has a patio facing East and South. So i have access to east, south east and south direction. Will a directv statellite work? I do not have access to the south west direction. I am sure that Dish does not work. Please let me know.

This depending where you live, in central states, DTV is straight south for the main 101* satellite .
