Where is the best place to buy a Flat Screen TV approx 20" with Integral DVD player?

Is it best in a high street store or on-line?

Looking for a TV for the wall of my bedroom - under £300??

only a few companies that do this dvd combi. most are unheard names ( not branded ) and if you want cheap then go for these.BUT not very reliable!!.

The best ones on the market are dmtech.
