How does a cox hd cable, which you get for your tv channels look like.?

Does it look like a regular analog cable.

Answer:
yes, it uses a 75 ohm co-axial cable; usually RG6 or RG11, sometimes RG59.

75 ohms means that if you short one end (tie the center conductor and shield together) of a 1000 foot long piece of cable, then measure the resistance at the other end, it will read 75 ohms.
