I enjoy a 19 or 20 inch sharp HDTV/DVD Combo and a HD antenna, but I'm individual getting 4 HD Channels. What give?

I get abc, fox, a spanish ditch & thw wb in HD but zilch else. I can barely bring in out what's on the other channels. I don't hold cable. Is there anything else I can do?


Answers:    You're singular going to get local broadcast channel with an antenna - HD or not. Some TVs enjoy separate plugs for HD and non-HD antennas (you can actually use like antenna - just use a splitter to plug it into both tuners at once.)

Also, where on earth you live will affect what you'll be able to pick up. All my HD channel broadcast out of San Francisco, for instance. Unfortunately, I live about 50 miles south, and there's a big mound in the style. Needless to say, I go and get nothing next to an antenna... There may be other HD channels available, but conceivably your antenna isn't strong enough, or your physical location doesn't licence you to pick them up
