How to fix my channel?

Well I have Charter Communications Extended Basic Cable. Which be setup in my living room. So later I wanted to hold the channels surrounded by my room, so my dad used a Coaxial Cable Splitter and used that to bring the cord into my room, but then after hooking it up I solely get section of the channels. I don't capture all the channel from the living room TV in my TV thats contained by my room. Can someone please help me find a solution to this Thanks.


Answers:    you must re adjust channel in your tv and store it
