How can I fit Plasma TV 42" on the wall lacking seeing the cable runnig down to the plug?

You have to snake the wires inside the wall to where-ever you want them to call a halt. It isn't that hard if it's an inside wall, but if it's an exterior wall beside insulation behind the sheet rock it can be for a while tricky.
If you don't want to try it, hire an electrician to do it. I have a apt friend who is an electrician, he does it for people adjectives the time.
