What's wrong beside my TV?

I have a Philips 30" widescreen TV - model # 30PW633R

When I turn my TV on, the peak blinks about once every second. What is wrong beside it, and how do I fix it?

Only answer if you have experience within TV repair. Don't just grant me your opinion, if you don't know anything in the region of TVs, don't bother to answer.

Answers:    The sets power supply is in sanctuary mode !! The power supply has detected an overdraw of current and gone into sanctuary mode, The usual culprit is the horizontal sweep amp transistor gone short circuit, some times it is the flyback transformer that has cause the transistor to die !!.
This is only a routine repair for a TV Tech but subsequent to impossible for anyone else !!
