I've notice the inauguration signs of burn surrounded by on my clean Plasma TV...?

What can I do to prevent any further "burn in"? I currently use it as my computer moniter of which I use quite frequently and I do turn stale the screen when I am going away. The signs I observe are when I start up the TV when it appears as light black, my team game hotbars are burned in (Visible) but at no other time can I see this figure. How long should I go playing my team game before giving the blind a rest, and how long of a rest?

Answers:    The first 100 hours of using a plasma are the most important.
Lower the brightness of the TV and try to avoid have static images. A peak saver is a must.
After 1,000 hours, burn contained by in plasma is smaller number of an issue.
Many have suggested that too much usage on your plasma for video games or Pc can really burn out the pixels on the Plasma. I would really suggest you invest a LCD monitor for your day after day video games and PC monitor usage.
