Can I mount my LCD on a brick fireplace?

Answers:    I do not know what kind of mount you enjoy with the TV but it does not business what kind of mount you enjoy. As long as you use well drilled holes and concrete expansion bolts to hold it up you can do in recent times about anything you want. My TV is 45 inch LCD near a separate tuner/junction box. I used three well drilled and secured screw (into the studs) and it will never move again. If you lived nearby I would do it for you. It cost me 46 bucks and it works great. My wife (almost ex) compensated $500 for some guy to hang her's. You can do this smoothly.
In MOST cases, YES...

IF you USE the fireplace, place a thermometer where you want to mount it, build a fire next check that the temperature doesn't step any higher than 90 or 100° at most.

Check it after a couple hours....
