Is there anyway I can connect my pc to my tv cause I wanna watch stuff off my pc in my living room my pc is close so I could connect a cable.

Yes. You can do it but there are limitations... First off you have to get a video card for the pc that supports TV Out on it. They are easily recognized by the fact they have s-video plug on them. Then once installed you simply run a cable from s-video to s-video on the tv. Or get an RCA to S-video Adapter if you have no S-video jack on the tv. Then simply set it up to force recognition of your tv as a second monitor on the pc. However a word of caution... Most tv's will not carry standard monitor resolutions so you might be stuck at 800x600 or even lower. So be prepaired and since tv's don't carry the range of color as a monitor you might have to set your card at 256 color or 16 bit.

Only if your computer has a composite or S video output. Most (older) computers only have a VGA output. The TV will not accept a VGA signal. Therefore, you would have to buy a converter which would cost around $100.00, or so to convert the VGA to either composite or S video.
Some laptops have that connection in the back where you can connect s video from the laptop to a tv. If your computer doesnt have one, there is an adaptor that you can buy at radio shack. Unless you want to make your own circuit, which is probably not worth your time, and the parts would cost more than to buy one already made.
