i have a 37 inch lcd tv and yesterday i finally got an hd cable box but the hd channels dont have the true had picture quality that ive seen on other tv's..what should my tv's settings be set on to get the true hd experience..help!

A little more info would be nice. Like, is the HD cable box from your cable provider, or did you buy it somewhere ? Is your cable company supplying a true HD signal in the line coming in ? You said the TV was LCD TV, but, is it HDTV also. Is it HD Ready or built in HD tuner ? These things factor into our answer.
