Can an over the upper air hd signal achieve rough?

My TV has a built contained by HD tuner, I'm guessing its only pulling an analog signal but I don't know why. TV show (Monday Night Football) should be contained by hd and it comes in reasonably well.


Answers:    An OTA digital signal wouldn't be rough. The image would be more blocky and intermittent if you trying to verbs in a questionable signal.

If you're using the digital tuner, you'd know it by the channel indicator (12-1, 15-3, etc). Your TV shouldn't switch you to analog on its own purely because it can't find a digital signal. You have to switch inputs yourself.
