How do i Connect Phillips LCD TV 26 " to WinXP? I already got VGA-RCA Converter Cable plugged but doesnt show?

try lowering the resolution on the tv. say you have it set as 720P. lowerit to 480 and see what hapens. Otherwise, see if your videocard has an S-video output. that might work too.
