High pitched squealing nouns when blind is bright on tv?

i just bought a t.v. thats used. every time the eyeshade is of a brighter shot it makes a illustrious pitched sound. can this be fixed? i tried turning the brightness down but it not quite made a change within the noise.


Answers:    It sounds close to the power supply or flyback transformer.
I belive all tvs do that except flat screen I dont know why
