Can a notebook input produce HD element similes on a LCD T.V.?

Im in the flea market for a LCD flat-panel and I want a connection between my computer and the LCD. How will the metaphors look on the lcd from my PC? Also are there any special cable I need to buy?

Answers:    IT will produce an logo with indistinguishable resolution as the Video card can provide to it.....same clarity.

It's ALL in the Video card, and the fabric you're attempting to deliver to it....ALL you need to bring back the signal over to the TV is the same cable that PC monitors connect up near....DB-15 .
It all depends on your video card on your PC.
Good antiquated VGA can certainly support HD output. If you own a PC with DVI output, later even better.

Cables depend on your PC and the TV you plan to buy.
If your PC has just VGA out, then buy a VGA cable and engineer sure your TV has a VGA input port.
If your PC have DVI out, then you will want a DVI-to-Hdmi cable.
In both cases you will need a separate audio cable. Either 3.5 mm to RCA or 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm depending on the TV.
