those are to control what channel you want to be

you press 6 and then 8
in that are two plus and minus signs on the remote control
those stand for either volume or going up one culvert or goin down
if you want to raise your volume
simply press the plus sign
if you want to lower your volume
press the minus sign
If you want to dance up one channel
press the plus sign
if you want to shift down one channel
press the minus sign
If you would resembling subtitles press "display"
