RCA HDTV 52 In PROJECTION SCREEN CABLE CONNECTIVITY ISSUE?

I have a projection 52 inch tv and recently moved from directv to time warner cable and the hdtv channels do not work properly i have sent help emails to support rca but no responce has anyone encountered the same problem?

Answer:
I would have a technician fromTWC come check it out. There shouldn't be a service charge. Without you actually describing the problem I don't have much to go on but possible problems could be
#1 bad cable box
#2 bad cables (color is off)
#3 output format in box set wrong (see what your TV supports 1080i for most)
If your getting a black screen but audio is there you might be on wrong component channel
If picture is breaking up, we call this digital breakup and that is a signal related issue
If you were working with direct TV then I don't see it being a problem with your TV..
Hope I helped!
