What is wactch tv? Do you mean to watch tv on your computer, or monitor computer on your tv?
If you want to watch TV on your computer your going to need to purchase a cable card its a little thing you can insert into the machine with a port that allows you to plug a TV cable into your computer. Your also going to need Media Center installed on your computer for it to work best. If you don't have it already you can get it with Windows Vista!
